Chef Alberto Ruan worked his way up to sous chef after proving himself an invaluable member of our team for the past four years. Beginning as a dishwasher, he learned all aspects of the kitchen before achieving his current position, where he now thrives. His knack for working under pressure, plating, timing and organization have also elevated him to the position of lead on our banquets and parties.

After achieving his Bachelor’s degree in philosophy at the University of Nevada, Reno, Chris joined our team in early 2016. He has worked in the restaurant industry for years, including local kitchens such as Old Granite Street Eatery, Campo, and Great Thyme Catering. Chef Baldwin enjoys trying new things, tasting new foods, soaking up the Tahoe sun, and spending time with friends & family.
