Review: I am in LOVE with The Wild River Grille. It has so many wonderful attributes. First of all the location is fantastic. It is right on the river in one of the classiest parts of town. They have a huge outdoor seating area (which is great in the summer, and which allows dogs), as well as a gorgeous indoor area. It has that industrial chic feel and is so classy. Nothing is over the top or over thought out, just uncanny style.When we arrived, I was instantly surprised at how inviting the people were. We got a great spot where we could see both the restaurant and the city out the window (and I think most every seat is this way). They had on nice music and the waiter was great. I ordered the Salmon with this amazing Plum Chipotle Glaze.

My husband go the special, which was Sole with Fresh Veggies. Both were amazing! I am an avid salmon lover, and this one was so unique. They cold smoked it, then grilled it. It was about 2 inches thick and soooo moist. The chipotle glaze was a perfect compliment and the orzo it came with was nice too. My husband's meal was equally delicious. His Sole was so fresh it tasted like lobster. It was flaky, rich and the perfect size.

I definitely recommend The Wild River Grill. It is a great place if you are on a date, with the girls in the summer, or for a drink and appetizer while walking the dog along the river. You will be delighted with the food as well as the location and people.
