I cannot say enough good things

I cannot say enough good things about Wild River Grille. Everything that my husband and I ordered was spot-on delicious and beautifully plated. We started with the Crab and Salmon Cakes as an appetizer. The honey mustard aioli was spicy and creamy. I ordered the Coconut Crusted Mahi Mahi. Hands down, it was one of the top 10 meals I have had in my life. Everything about it was perfection, from the sweet chili onion sauce to the toasted coconut to the crispy Parmesan risotto cake. My goal is to be able to recreate this marvel in my own kitchen!

My husband had the Heritage Tomahawk Pork Chop. He is hard to please--especially with pork chops. But, this was cooked to his specific request and he ate every last yummy bite. The sauce expertly complemented the pork chop and the mashed potatoes and vegetables were perfectly cooked. We finished off our meal with the Fried Zeppolis, which are delicious donut rounds with cinnamon and 3 dipping sauces. Wonderful!

You can't have an excellent restaurant without excellent service. Our waiter, Ivan, did not disappoint! He knew the menu, made excellent recommendations, and was friendly and attentive. Because of him--and the amazing food--we are going back to Wild River for dinner tomorrow night!
